Car rental pickup must be in the Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego metropolitan areas, or at Ontario and Long Beach airports. Drop-off must be at a designated location within California. Car rental rates include unlimited mileage, sales tax and surcharges. Optional child restraint seats are available for an additional fee. California state law requires child restraint seats for children under 6 years or 60 pounds. Fuel, Collision Damage Waiver and other optional items are not included.
